To delete your account and your child's data, email shubham@hindispeakingtutor.in from the address you signed up with. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Steps
- Send an email to shubham@hindispeakingtutor.in with the subject "Delete my Hindi Tutor account". Use the email address you sign in with, so we know the request is yours. If you signed in with Google, that is your Google address.
- If your account has more than one child and you only want one child's profile removed, say which child. Otherwise we delete the whole account.
- We reply to confirm we received the request, usually within two working days.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days. You receive a final email when it is done. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time; no further charges are made.
What is deleted

| Voice recordings | Recordings kept for parent review are removed from our storage. |
| Reports and emails | Weekly reports and the record of emails we sent you are removed. You stop receiving any email from us. |
| Notifications | Reminder subscriptions on every device are removed. |
What is kept, and for how long

| Payment records | Invoices and transaction records are kept by our payment provider for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 7 years. They contain your name and email, never your child's data. |
| Anonymous usage statistics | Aggregate counts (for example, "how many conversations happened in September") that cannot identify you or your child are kept for up to 24 months. |
| Backups | Encrypted database backups roll over within 30 days, after which your data is gone from them too. |
Deleting some data without closing the account
You do not have to delete the account to remove specific things. Email the same address and ask for any of these, and your child keeps full access:
- Delete all stored voice recordings
- Withdraw consent to use your child's speech to improve Kiki
- Delete a single child's profile from a multi-child account
- Get a copy of everything we hold before deleting it
